What should be noted is that this information is ESPECIALLY valuable when you are working in a 9-5 JOB!!
The ‘client behavior’ noted here is often especially acute in a typical work setting.
For instance, under specifying the scope of work, and feature creeping it (or having no established chain of command)
The sample contract linked to, is probably the chief draw and makes this a worthy post.
