I love the left menu hover effects, and the combination of colors certainly is provocative and unique. The style changer is also accommodating- switch between liquid or fixed, left column centric or right column. Personally I prefer a style changer that changes the site's overall theme (ie: different colors, images etc), but then again, I seldom fiddle with this feature on sites that have it.
