This feels more like a glossy brochure than site. Very elegant and nicely done without being overwhelming.

I'm very impressed on this design as i've spend time and time again trying to figure out how he did it! anybody to refer on this!

This looks to be similar to the method Dave Shea posted on A List Apart - http://www.alistapart.com/articles/sprites/
