Sorry I don't see it. Sure the two sites share similar color schemes, but to say one's a copy of another based just on that is unreasonable.

Strong colours, easy to find what you are looking for, nice layout that isn't too busy. I rarely visit shopping sites but this is perhaps the best I've seen.
