How do you navigate the site without JavaScript... There are dozens of designer web sites like this that could be made accessible without any extra effort. Just wondering if people don't know how or if they just don't care.

If the problem is the first one try Jeremy Keith's wonderful books DOM Scripting and Bulletproof Ajax.

I don't really see a clear motivation for why you'd need to use Ajax in the first place... the content is pretty basic. If the only reason you're using Ajax is for the sake of using Ajax, then there is a problem! Also, the background image doesn't seem to match at all.
