WebLog Expert LiteJust stumbled across this great Windows program for analyzing your site's logs offline on your home PC: WebLog Expert. The Lite version is free, and is absolutely fabulous as far as the pretty graphs and stats generated.
I don't know about you, but I have stats disabled on my server to prevent it from using too much resources. This program lets me download my site logs to my PC and use it to do all the hard work. The stats obviously are also kept on my PC, so I can review it easily.Have you also tried Web Log Explorer ?

I've tried both and preferred Web Log Explorer for his numerous features...
