Two columns, Horizontal CSS Menu, Blue color scheme
"Elegant" is the word that comes to mind when I look at this soft but memorable design. Very nice.

it's kinda annoying with the little links that link to links like a red oversized calculator called a 'mini mac'.

While I rated this as high as a 7 (and I know this guys content to be excellent) -- I really have to say I'd like a better text to background contrast.
It's almost a grayish font on top of a tan/brown background which isn't the best contrast for me.
