Very nice layout. Looks real pleasing to the eye. Color choices are solid, both "controlled wilderness" and "homey secure" is the brown palette.
Nice, unobnoxious use of flash do well. Nice touches/placement there.

I question whether you might give just a bit more indication of roll-over for the top-menu items.

Also, in checking your source, I'm presuming this is a very new release, or pre-release, due to the lack of keywords or description.

All in all, very nice work.

There are some errors that my XHTML validator extension for firefox finds. Images with text shouldn't usually be used as a background image because it becomes completely inaccessible to people with CSS styles disabled. I like the photography a lot.
