I don't like the text in the red bar at the top of every page -- the "we are..." text should be a little smaller, and maybe with a bit more contrast. The fact that it is repeated on every page and that it takes up nearly half the immediate viewable area loses marks as well. However, the color choices are good, the logo is nice, and... well, I guess it could be worse.

Thanks for the comments, we're working on adding a half-sized banner on each sub-section of the site as it does take up rather alot of space.

Also, consider changing the text -- at the moment the white text with the line spacing looks like a list rather than a sentence.
