This is a crisp, gorgous mixed layout design. For a medical site, the light background fits the bill perfectly.

I really like this layout. It's offset blocks break out of the rectillinear-site model somehow and the design has a nice emmotive effect. For a medical site, it's credible without being threatening, very optimistic. I had a look at the stylesheet. How many hours on the clock for that one?
