We found our website’s rank is unstable in google, and the saved paged is unstable too these days. Does it because we changed homepage’s description? What we can do to improve it?

If by unstable you mean it goes up and down, that’s natural (within reason). It’s known as the “Google dance” and we all put up with it. Making changes to your website can affect your ranking, but don’t worry about it, just keep adding more content and you’ll rise in the search results and be more stable.
