Looking for CSS freelancers to outsource work to

Hi folks,
I am a novice/intermediate CSS designer and have been getting quite a bit of work. I need to outsource projects to people so I can move forward. Basically, I will design the site in Photoshop PSD format and then hand it over to you so you can CSS-ize it! :)

One thing that I ask is that you be on some type of messenger so we can discuss the project, etc. Also, please send over samples of your stuff because I do get quite a lot of responses to these ads and, unfortunatley, most of them are junk:(

But I am in need of someone with excellent xhtml/css layouting skills, there are all from large to small projects dropping into us all the time. PHP Knowledge would be superb but not “necessary” for this part at least.
