I am in the process of teaching myself web design. It is taking me some time to learn what I want. I will be coming here for ideas and advise.

Same here, been using CSS for a while but you can never stop learning!

I think learning css is time consuming because it takes a lot of time for errors.  The only way for me to learn is by implementing it.  On another hand you will feel very happy when you finally able to figure it out. You wouldn’t even notice time will fly very fast. It’s also very fun at the same time.
