Hello

I have a page here:

http://proofreading4students.com/index.asp

I am having some difficulty placing an image alongside the one you can see (actually I want to place either an image there or a small Flash graphic).

The code behind it is simple this:

<img src="./images/banner4.jpg" width="218" height="254" alt="banner" title="banner"

I have some CSS code which is as follows:

{ margin0
padding0
border1
font-weightinherit
font-styleinherit
font-size100%;
font-familyinherit
vertical-alignbaseline;

body {

I am going to send this to my friend and see if he can tell us how it can be fixed. He is a real guru when it comes to these type of problems. I will post back once I have an answer in the next few days.

It’s not clear what your question is. If you looking to put two graphics side-by-side them either use a table with one row and two cells or use two divs with the attributes float: left.

hello,

Just in case.

Code:

myButton.contentHorizontalAlignment = UIControlContentHorizontalAlignmentLeft;

If you want to have another alignment for the image, you have to use the “imageEdgeInsets” property. You have to change this property relative to your button size and image size, though. (Note that UIImage has a “size” property). Figure out a way to do this yourself.
thanks

You can do this with 2 divs that are side by side.

Using HTML attributes (align=absmiddle) when there is a CSS equivalent (vertical-align:middle) is discouraged.

You can change the path the site uses for images in IIS.

If you looking to put two graphics side-by-side them either use a table with one row and two cells or use two divs with the attributes float: left.  If the lower edge of the image is aligned to the lower edge of the font (vertical-align: bottom), there’s no guarantee that the font baseline as seen in the image, will align with the font baseline of the surrounding text.

You have to change this property relative to your button size and image size, though.  I just use

#footer {

width:750px;

margin40px 0 0 0;

clear:both;

background#000;

color#08088A;

font-size11px;
