Hello and Thank You in advance for addressing this issue.
I have tested this site in many browsers and they all look fine, but I cannot for the life of me, get Dreamweaver to look good at all. This concerns me with browsers I haven’t tested on yet. The site is here: test page and the CSS is here: Style Sheet. Any insight into this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

I am not understanding this at all.  Why do you need your website to look good in Dreamweaver?
Dreamweaver is not a browser - The best advice I can give you is don’t use Dreamweaver.

Dreamweaver sucks, well at least the visual editor part of it. Judging by your code, it is doing a horrible job for you.
Toss in the towel with it, and get out plain old notepad, or notepad++, a book on HTML/XHTML basics, and a good pot of coffee.

Seeing a live page would help to know if there’s a problem in your page?

I have some CSS layouts that don’t display right in Design View.
