Hey guys, this isn’t really a CSS code example per say but rather a post on where to get the best CSS layouts out there. If any of you have seen my site I use the layouts made by Ruthsarian. I highly recommend his layouts as they work great in all v5+ browsers and appear equally the same in all which I cannot say for many many CSS based sites. I’ve tested his layouts on the following browsers: IE5-6, Mozilla, Firefox, NS4-8, Opera 6-8 and Safari. They look great and are very very reliable. They degrade very cleanly in v4 browsers as well. Most CSS layouts out there never really tackle accessibility or browser compatability but Ruthsarian does. I use his Skidoo Too layout. Check out his free layouts here:

Hey not a problem. :) Always glad to help out and thanks for the kind words. It is always greatly apprecaited. I’ve started making my own CSS layouts but still need to fix some minor bugs in IE. Just got a problem with a bg image flicker. So far I got the 2 col and 3 col layout (both with header and footer of course!) to work in the following browsers with no differences: NS6-8, Opera6-8, IE5-6, IE5 Mac, Firefox and I will be testing it out on Camino, iCab and Shiira later tonight. You can view my progress and feel free to use my code:

Hey Javier, I’m trying to put in an image for the links, like an arrow like you did, I’ve not been able to get it work, I even copy and pasted the code to my own file and then I just had my own image with the same directory as you have.  Why isn’t it working?  Did you use some sort of special SSI or server side code?  Thanks for a reply.
