Content sections look very pale and undefined - almost boring.
The left and right columns could have different style colors for the links. Also a color change effect for the links would be nice - so you see something changing when you walk your mouse around. Some colored images or at least icons would be nice for the content section items.

I have seen thousands of sites that look like this one. You have to make it more unique. I don’t like the top menu. It’s very boring.

Your website could use some nice colored images.

leaving style aside for a moment, I think that from a functionality standpoint,
having the “blogs” section jump from the right to the left, is not a good idea.

For example, click on any link in the “resources” or “blogs” section, and the structure changes.

Also, in the main menu you should have some type of “selected” state for where you are in the site,
which is what I think some of the other users were getting at when saying to add some states to your links.

The 3-col thing just doesnt seem to be working here. They are both getting the same styles, so hierarchy is almost completely lost.

I am not sure where I am supposed to look. Not sure how many other people feel the same way.
