If you want a unique website, I suggest DreamWeaver.

If you want to update content only, I suggest blog - blogger, wordpress.

I think you need to specify the “response_type” parameter as “code” - this will give you an access code that can be converted into an access token.

The URL you have seems to using the client-side flow and hence the access token is passed as a URI fragment and only client side scripts can read it.

Sign up with blogger if you’re new to html.  It’s the easiest platform to learn and adapt.  Once you get used to the default, you can add your own customization.

You can try to create a website without having to use any HTML coding such as Freewebs.com and others.
The one have free web building accounts so you simply have to create an account. Both of these places have page builders where you simply create the page exactly as you want it without coding. This can be done by uploading images and adding text and other files.
Using the page builders will allow you to see what you are building as you build it, you see it exactly as it will look when published.

Best of luck with your new site

Most of us didn’t know much of HTML programming, we used php script, provide by hosting provider, choose provider who have cpanel, fantastico or elefante installer,
so installing a website with any php script is very easy. we can install wordpress, joomla, drupal, and a lot of other things, then change the appearance with template, fill the article or post and its done, continued it with periodic contents update.

Start with Blogger if you don’t want to spend a dime on the project.  But if you want to host your content and have total control of the site, use wordpress platform.  They offer more plug-ins and updates than Blogger.

Wordpress. Tumbler and Livejournal are all really easy too. Wordpress has a nicer range of customizable templates though.

Use an HTML Editor like Microsoft FrontPage (no HTML knowledge needed). Obviously learning HTML is the most economical way because you won’t need to purchase an editor or use a design company to build your site. But if you’re a beginner, it’s also the most time consuming method.
